Last updated: April 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by FreeFall Audio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
FreeFall Audio provides professional audio-related services such as sound design, music composition, mixing, mastering, and related creative production work as described in individual project agreements or statements of work.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the site, or use automated means to scrape or overload our services without prior written consent.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials we create for you under a paid engagement are subject to the license and ownership terms set out in your project contract. Our name, branding, and pre-existing tools, libraries, and templates remain our property. You may not copy, redistribute, or misrepresent our work outside the scope of your agreement.
4. Client content and approvals
You represent that you have the rights to any materials you provide to us (including reference tracks, stems, video, and branding). You are responsible for final approvals of deliverables where your contract requires sign-off.
5. Payments and cancellations
Fees, invoicing schedules, and cancellation terms are as specified in your quote or contract. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of work as described in those documents.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FreeFall Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless a different cap is set in a signed agreement.
7. Disclaimer
Our website and any general information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
